Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Machine
Carefully clean and dry your Ratio machine, then secure it in its original internal packaging and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered or removed.
Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
