How long does shipping take for my new machine?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your Ratio machine, you can return it for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping.
Do Ratio machines come with a warranty?
Yes, all Ratio Eight and Ratio Six machines are backed by a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal home use.
What kind of filters should I use?
The Ratio Eight is designed to work with Chemex paper filters or our custom stainless steel reusable filters. The Ratio Six utilizes standard flat-bottom basket filters.
Are Ratio machines easy to clean?
Absolutely. The glass carafes and removable parts are designed for easy rinsing, and we recommend a simple descaling cycle every few months to maintain optimal performance.
